Burlington Public Library is a People Helping People micro site, offering non-perishable food items to our community members in need, no questions asked. Located discreetly near the building exit for quick access, these three shelves are stocked to provide support to those that need it with information on how to get other items from The Burlington Food Pantry.

The Dwelling Place is a free dinner program in Woburn center founded in 1987 and operates in the United Methodist Church at 523 Main Street, Woburn, MA. All ages are welcome.
Open every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Guests should arrive at 5:00 pm
Free To-Go meals are prepared by members of local churches and organizations for individuals and families in need. Fresh fruit, vegetables, and grocery items are distributed on a first come, first server basis. Please enter through the side door on Harlow Court off Main Street. Guests will form a line, and one by one will pick from the donated food items, be given a To-Go meal, and if desired, guests can enjoy the meal in the Stannard Room.

Serves 16 towns north and west of Boston.
Offers Meals on Wheels program that delivers a hot lunch to homebound adults ages 60+ who can't prepare their own meals and who meet certain guidelines. Fee: Voluntary donation of $2.00 per meal.
A Registered Dietitian is available to help with nutrition counseling and medical Nutrition Therapy for eligible participants with diabetes and non-dialysis kidney disease.
Trained Information and Referral Specialists are available to discuss client needs and connect clients with services.

Outreach workers help people 60+ sign up for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). Any Burlington resident 60+ can call and speak with an Outreach Worker at the Burlington Council on Aging. Indian Lunch on Wednesdays for and Minuteman lunch on Thursdays for adults 60+. Meals on Wheels through Minuteman Senior Services for adults 60+. Suggested donation for lunch and Meals on Wheels is $2.

Project Bread's FoodSource Hotline is the food assistance center for all of Massachusetts. Project Bread fights hunger by working to ensure everyone in Massachusetts can access and afford food with dignity. Whether you need help paying for food or want help with boosting your food budget, give them a call.
Project Bread counselors can assist with:
* Determining eligibility for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and helping with application
* Finding free meals for kids through Summer Eats or School Meals
* Helping SNAP recipients learn how to use their Massachusetts Health Incentive Program (HIP) benefits to purchase farm fresh produce
* Find hot meal programs and food pantries

State assistance: the Massachusetts Fuel Assistance Program helps eligible households pay their heating bills during the winter/spring season.

The American Cancer Society Road To Recovery program gives free rides to cancer-related medical appointments. Their trained volunteer drivers will pick you up, take you to your appointment, and drop you off at home. It can take several business days to coordinate a ride, so call in advance of your appointment date.
